I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Krefeld. the location is excellent, right in the city center and close to a well-stocked supermarket. The staff were also very friendly and fluent in English, making communication smooth. Additionally, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

No major issues, everything was fine.

Hotel is an old hotel and shows it, but the rooms were big and the beds comfortable. Also the secure under ground parking was a bonus as the hotel is in a rather seedy run down part of Krefeld.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my Christmas stay. It was centrally located, making it easy to explore the town and its attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. I also appreciated the fact that the rooms were cleaned daily, ensuring a tidy and comfortable stay.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the noise from the trams and neighboring buildings, especially if your room is situated at the front of the hotel. Although this is not the hotel's fault, it can be quite loud and disruptive, especially during the late hours.

There was no air conditioning and those of our party who had rooms to the front said with the windows open, it was noisy when the trams started in the morning. I was on the back and it was quiet.

Well-organized town hotel in marvellous and peaceful location within walking distance of the train station & the city's main shopping district.

The units are impeccably clean with extra couch. Staff is excellent and you can park your car on the street.
